1. The only positive thing was that the staff was actually able to give me a bit of a refund for the inconvenience but I would advise to stay somewhere else.

3. positives:- Good location in NYC, close to subway station on 33rd street and about 10 minutes walk to empire state building and Macys, 10 minutes walk to central station and 20 minutes walk to times square.
