1. Although the aircon is rather noisy, it can be left on for the evening so you return to a nice cool room.

4. There are heaps of big NYC attractions within strolling distance, the 31st St subway station is just around the corner and there are some cool resteraunts on the same street.

7. The air conditioner kept the room cool, although we couldn`t find any difference between the various settings - all settings appeared to result in the same noise level and same coolness.

9. The neighbourhood is not among the 'must see' attractions, but it provides several good restarants at fair prices and some pretty cool bars as well.
