1. There are plenty of eating options nearby and the guys in the deli on the corner are friendly and pleasant (even at 2am for a drink and sandwich).

4. Park Avenue is one avenue down and has plenty of places to grab some food, there is also a pizza restaurant 2 doors down from the hotel and a BBQ place across the road.
