3. stayed for business:Pros:- location, near times square, but fairly quiet rooms, (stayed on 16th)- modern fixtures, flat screens, furniture, windows, etc- good bathroom amenities and service offerings, free shoe shines, bathroom kits, razor, toothpaste etc- hardwood in the entrance- nice lounge- free wine hour- free wifi & raid the mini bar ($15) for members, wifi signal very strong- pretty large room, executive suite, separate bedroom, living, entrance, like an apartment- decent sized bathroom, modern finishes- solid bed and pillows- room service, food is decent, chicken sandwich/burger and pizza pretty good.

4. ) The staff is pleasant, and the hotel's location is good, mid-way between Sixth Avenue and Broadway, within walking distance of Grand Central Station.

5. The hotel has very good location (if you come to NYC for pleasure), just a few meters from Times Square, so it's pretty close to theaters, museums, jazz-clubs, pubs, etc.

6. The hosted wine hour every evening and coffee/tea in the mornings (a hallmark of the Kimpton group of hotels) is such a treat and I've made new friends and felt as if I was staying at a good friend's home, not a hotel.

8. We had continental breakfast which was good untill other guest started to reserve tables and we stopped going because we did not want to sit a bar to eat.
