1. The hotel is modern, clean, the rooms were not the largest we`ve ever stayed in but adequate, the beds were very comfortable which is important after a day of being on the go non stop, and the people at the front desk are wonderful in terms of giving advice on things to see and do.

3. The color scheme is black, white and gray, the beds live up to Kimpton's reputation for comfort, and the rooms are fairly sizable in comparison to most NYC hotels.

5. Don't even have to ask for help and they are right there to assist with making you comfortable, getting napkins to use, giving directions and opening doors.

6. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed complete with desk, side furnishings, super fast wifi (thankfully free if you are a member of Kimpton In Touch), stocked mini bar, plasma 42' TV equipped with the full array of cable channels, large bathrooms and special Kimpton touches.
