1. The management and personnel are excellent, the restaurant and bars are very good (especially breakfast) and the rooms are very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

8. My husband went to NYC for our wedding anniversay and stayed at the Peninsula, OMG, this was a the best hotel, clean, excellent location and the staff made us feel like we were the only guest, they always addressed us by our last name.
