1. The rooms are far bigger than the ones in most other hotels in Manhattan, well equipped, very quiet, with comfortable beds, couldn't find a flaw.

5. Stayed at the Palace for 3 nights to finish our 10 day trip to NYC - after a week in a rather noisy apartment the Palace was a dream - the most comfortable beds - we booked a cathedral view and requested a high floor - we were placed on 33 - quiet with a breathtaking view.
