1. Our room was cleaned and towels replaced twice a day, with turn-down service at night and always a chocolate left on the pillow.

4. Very clean hotel in a great position, the rooms were a good size, I always book direct with the hotel, that way you always seem to get the upgrade, we had a corner room wich was as large as some suites.

7. We got locked out of the room one night (the security lock was on the inside but it seemed to be stuck) and I called for help and immediately the cleaning lady and a security man came to help.
