1. The position is excellent being just round the corner from Times Square but our room overlooking the courtyard was quiet and relaxing.

2. The only slight negatives were: no mini-bar in the room, toiletries were not replaced in the bathroom and the room safe was positioned so it was almost impossible to get into, aircon a little noisy.

This is an excellent hotel, staff very efficient and friendly, great position, only one problem, we were on the second floor and the noise from the street is horrendous, deliveries to the building across the road continue the whole night, make sure you you are as high as possible and do not face onto 43rd street.

5. If you're positive you're going to NYC, this may well be a great option, but if you're a business traveler who needs flexibility, don't assume they have a 24-hour policy like most other hotels.

6. On the positive side: the staff are great; the restaurant / sitting room is lovely and a really good idea that features in all the HK Hotels; the location of the hotel is unbeatable if you want to be in the heart of Times Square yet be able to step away from it every now and then.
