1. Unfortunately the staff serving in ricks cafe had changed since our last visit, but the new ones were just as efficient and friendly as the ones we remember.

This is an excellent hotel, staff very efficient and friendly, great position, only one problem, we were on the second floor and the noise from the street is horrendous, deliveries to the building across the road continue the whole night, make sure you you are as high as possible and do not face onto 43rd street.

4. Having said this, the staff were fast and efficient in solving the problem and these things happen, I just suppose I wasn't expecting something like that after reading the reviews of the hotel.
