5. Besides being conveniently located, the staff is exceptionally attentive (special kudos to Peter Pryor), the rooms are clean and quiet, and the refreshments available in the lounge were both plentiful and delicious.

7. Close to Times Square but not distrubed by it, the staff are really attentive but not over bearing, and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
