3. One of the reason I chose Koa Kea is that it is only about 25 minutes drive from Lihue airport, passing through Koloa, a small town where people can stop for lunch or a drink.

10. It was nice to be able to rent beach gear right onsite, and the prices were reasonable, but it was un-relaxing to carry rented beach chairs, umbrellas, fins, etc.
