1. Yeah, it could be renovated but it was clean, practical and with a couple of nice touches: quality Pharmacopia toiletries, an evening wine reception and windows that open.

9. We were looking for a hotel that was modestly priced, clean, and convenient, but decent enough that wouldn't attract Spring Breakers on a dime (we are young working professionals that like to be comfortably safe but don't care to spend on luxury).
