1. I had a conference at the Sheraton Seattle, which my company paid for my stay the rest of the week, and if I were to do the trip over again and had to pay for the hotel, I'd pick the Executive Hotel Pacific again, no doubt, as it was a much better value, in my opinion.

2. The air conditioner worked only marginally better, but we could open the window (which allowed us to hear every siren in the city [being from Seattle, that was not unexpected] and the dumping of glass into a recycling truck at 5:00 a.

3. The next morning, I nicely asked the front desk folks to move us to a room with better circulation so we could stay cool and they put us in a spacious corner room at no extra cost.
