1. The only negtive was the cafe restaurant -- staffing was not responsive and good just mediocre.

2. This was not a surprise as the man at the front desk was very clear about it, but why don't they figure these expenses into the regular rate? Outside of that, the hotel is probably the nicest I've stayed in - the bed was comfy, elevators are really quick, and the front desk staff is very accommodating - I had to leave around 4am and still was encountered with a friendly response.

3. The hotel management made it clear that they are not responsible for anything that would happen to your car.

4. Let me add, in response to the guest's claim, we refunded their Marriott Rewards points in the amount of 35,000 points; as well as covered all incidentals per the guest's request.

5. In response to the claim from an anonymous person, let the record stand that the room in question was taken out of service immediately and checked by Orkin Exterminators.

7. In response to the posts dated back in October 2009, we immediately fixed the situation back in October by hiring exterminators to rid us of this problem experienced in 3 rooms.
