4. This hotel isn't luxurious, so if you're looking for something extravagant for a special occasion (honeymoon, etc), this may disappoint, but for business or tourist travel, this hotel was very clean, comfy and professional and very convenient to all downtown Seattle sights, as well as the freeway to the airport.

9. It's a couple extra blocks away than other major hotels from tourist sites like Pike, space needle, and the waterfront, but it was convenient for my work near Pioneer Square.

10. Rather inconvenient in you need to go to the corner store (convenience store) for anything at night because the closest one is like 5 blocks away.
