1. As a seasoned traveler why would you wait 45 minutes in a hallway lobby for a hotel employee to bring up new room keys? I would wait 5 minutes and go down and get new ones? It is our responsibility to check the hotel room for our items before leaving.

2. I had to speak with the Customer Service Manager who was no help and miscommunication everything, at least he apologized and said he takes full responsibility for it.

7. I know that it's my loss and I shouldn't expect them to be responsible for lost items, but when you KNOW you left something, and know WHERE you left it, and it does not turn up, that is not okay.
