As a seasoned traveler why would you wait 45 minutes in a hallway lobby for a hotel employee to bring up new room keys? I would wait 5 minutes and go down and get new ones? It is our
respons
ibility to check the hotel room for our items before leaving.

I had to speak with the Customer Service Manager who was no help and miscommunication everything, at least he apologized and said he takes full
