1. I had to speak with the Customer Service Manager who was no help and miscommunication everything, at least he apologized and said he takes full responsibility for it.

7. I know the guest attendants were overwhelmed and while they probably weren't as friendly as they might normally be, they were still great and really did the best they could to help me.

8. There was a lady at the front desk, who just gave us a blank stare and didn't help us and acted as if we were her biggest problem of the day.
