1. I just don't understand why hotels spend big money on granite counter tops and new carpet and latest TV sets, provide different types of pillows to choose from, but would not spend top dollars on updating the most important piece of furniture in their business, THE BEDS.

6. When we arrived we couldnt park on the curb for check in because the manager told us big buses would be arriving and we had to make space for them, the entrance was being painted so we couldnt park there either so we had to find a spot down the street.

7. Apparently the Holiday-Inn express just behind it has breakfast and a pool, so you could look into that if you are a big family.

8. Maintance guy was working on keep the sidewalk in front of the hotel snow free as well as the drive through area during the big artic storm that came through town while we were there.
