1. We were pleased to stay at the Max because of the location and proximity to the Convention Center, the 5th Ave Theatre and other downtown Seattle activities.

3. please don't stay here if you have children or are staying for several days, it's perfect for a single traveller or a couple on a short weekend stay, but I can't imagine making it work for a family or for long stays.

4. It is modern and has lots of cool factor, and I am pleased to say that unlike similar places, the staff has no hipper-than-thau attitude; they've always been kind and responsive.

5. I was so pleased with the room and hotel decor from the Aveda bath products ( my fav) to the art work on the walls, in the halls and the quirky individualized door pictures.

10. People please remember that this is a boutique hotel so the rooms are smaller than 'typical' hotel rooms.
