7. As others have said, the Red Fin restaurant is great and has become part of our routine; after a day and night on the town, we go to Red Fin for their excellent late-night happy hour.

9. This was a very good choice - the location is excellent for access to the various transportation systems in the city (light rail, streetcar, bus, monorail) and for walking-distance access to the downtown businesses and attractions.
