1. As always in the past, our stay at the Max (we began coming when it was the Vance) was exceptional--clean, comfortable, quiet room; attentive, polite and professional staff.

9. This hotel is great except for their old school air conditioning system which is super loud and lets in a lot of outside noise and their very slow and small elevators.
