2. My boyfriend called the hotel before we came to indicate we were coming for my birthday and asked if they could do anything special, which surprisingly they did - they had a free bottle of chardonnay wine in our room when we arrived.

3. Thankfully, there are literally two Starbucks across the street from the hotel with Wifi for free.

5. Additionally, the hotel charges premium rates for it's rooms, you should offer FREE Wi-Fi.

6. We decided to stay one more day in Seattle and my husband didn't want to move (I was desperate for more space) so I went online and found the same room with the same 'freebie' (free wireless internet connection) for a bit less so do shop around for rates.
