1. This property is not a new, glitzy Marriott but the location is terrific, especially if you can get waterfront room.

We were upgraded to a large corner room on 4th floor with floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides- small balcony (w/o furniture) facing water with terrific views-it was fun to watch cruise ship coming in the next morning-dock is less than a block from this hotel-walked across the street to Anthony's Fish Bar and ate outside.
