1. Hotel is really nice, very efficient staff.

2. Other than that, checking in was efficient and came with a smile, the hotel is well located and furnished, the rooms are a good size with good amenities but the (oldish) bathtub was very slippery (I don't like using an old and dirty looking bath mat).

8. They allowed us to check in early (12:30), the bell hop station was unfailingly kind, helpful, fast and efficient and the concierge was helpful.
