1. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children, we had 2 double beds which gave us plenty of room.

2. Right across the street from waterway where cruise ships dock, elevator right outside that takes you up to the street level that has Pike Street Market, plenty of nice walking trails along the waterfront, near transit, restaurants, shopping, etc.
