1. A little further walk to Pioneer Square, but, with the new Metro system, getting around Seattle has become very easy.

3. The gym was clean, well lit, and well equipped with 4 treadmills, 2 recumbent bikes, and 2 elliptical machines - all of which were reasonably new, in good order, and had individual TVs.
