1. But if you want to be able to walk downtown and walk to nice restaurants, its a bad location in a sketchy part of town.

8. Pros: its VERY CLOSE to both event stadiums, it is NEW, everything is NICE and in great condition, standard room includes nice sized kitchen area with sink, fridge and microwave.

9. I didn't have time to use the pool or gym (nor would I use the outside pool as it was cold and raining) but the pool did look nice.
