1. They do valet park for you in a very secure garage that is fully staffed and safe, the hotel itself is very new and is remarkably well suited for every type of travelers need.

3. Pros: its VERY CLOSE to both event stadiums, it is NEW, everything is NICE and in great condition, standard room includes nice sized kitchen area with sink, fridge and microwave.

4. Really? This isn't new York and the hotel is in the SODO (South Of DownTown) area of Seattle right across the street from the Baseball park which if you are coming to town for a game it would be great, but nothing else really around and right at the edge of the industrial district of Seattle.

5. I would give this hotel another shot, but not for new Years, I would want to see what it is like under game day conditions.

6. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but for new years, at my age of 27, I think I may have been one of the oldest people there- including the staff.
