6. From the airport, the light rail is pretty convenient, although the 10 minute walk from the station to the hotel is a little tough to navigate -- again, something my parents just wouldn't do.

10. It's location is also very convenient if you need to access the I-90 or I-5 as it is on the south end of downtown so there is less traffic whatever time of day.
