2. While San Francisco hotels aren't cheap, this was no exception, you cannot fault the location.

3. The other thing worth mentioning is the soundproofing which is not too bad from adjacent rooms but the the noise of creaking floorboards from the room above was exceptional and not limited to an odd floorboard as the guest who liked to pace the room above us proved nightly.

7. Rooms were small, but we were never in them except to sleep & get cleaned up--so that wasn't an issue.
