1. The two gentlemen at the door practically fell over themselves to help me and insisted on getting my car for me even though I had not paid for valet parking.

5. Top floors have good view to downtown Portland but can be noisy in the morning due to traffic and freight train , I think the other 2 directions will be better option ( this hotel is the shape of triangle- crown), we used white noise from our Ipad which helped us sleep in a little .
