5. Top floors have good view to downtown Portland but can be noisy in the morning due to traffic and freight train , I think the other 2 directions will be better option ( this hotel is the shape of triangle- crown), we used white noise from our Ipad which helped us sleep in a little .

6. This hotel is just simply TOO OLD, it is NOT your regular Crown Plaza, very basic however staff there do a good job.

The hotel really has a lot to offer for the price: a pool area with big windows that satisfies the kids and the adults; a great little gym that has cardio machines, small circuit unit, a full free-weight rack & bench, and even stability balls and a kettlebell; a small food market; rentable bikes; an outdoor basketball court; and a restaurant with surprisingly good food, often locally sourced.
