1. This hotel is conveniently located and the free tram ride into downtown comes in handy.

5. Free Internet is very fast, there are a number of HD channels on the TV, the gym is not great but adequate, and it is convenient to downtown Portland (we actually walked to downtown, though a free light rail station is only a block from the hotel).
