4. The only thing to miss about the hotel is the pools, Chief Avea's welcome show on Monday night and his Fia Fia show on Tuesday is excellent - the food at it is so so.

5. exceptions are this is not a service oriented hotel/beach club at all-no one goes out of their way and you barely get welcomed even at front desk-beware Sundays they don't clean your room til 430p but don't tell you-don't get a room near the roof-we had ants ruin brand new food-spa double booked me so I had to cancel-mermaid event for young girls/toddlers was not good/boring-Pools are not heated either.

7. Also, make sure to attend the welcome ceremony on the main lawn on Monday or Tuesday (I can't remember the day) evening, the kids will enjoy it and you'll get a laugh or two.
