1. The Exercise facility is very nice and the small store on site is expensive, but very convenient.

6. A small - yet to be completely occupied - market place, Ko Olina Station, has a convenience store with deli (mentioned by other reviewers), a Mexican restaurant, ice cream shop, Hawaiian restaurant and soon, a sushi place as well.

7. ou don't have to park in the garage--there are about 30 spots next to building 2 which are very convenient to the elevator.

8. There's a convenience store, ice cream parlor and a couple fast food restaurants within a few blocks of the property and a Costco, Target, Safeway, Ross and several other stores within a mile by car.
