1. Plus you can go to the beach property whenever you want on the shuttle so it is almost like you get 2 properties in one - they are very different from one another but both have such exceptional service.

5. I definitely would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that somewhere between leaving my golf clubs at the golf course at the Lodge so that they could be delivered to the Manele Bay course, my rangefinder with case was taken off my bag.

7. Everything of significance on this island is owned and operated by Castle and Cook, a real estate developer, except for the operation of the hotels.

8. Much has been said about the rooms and the public spaces of the hotel, so I won't go into extraordinary detail, except to say that the Terrace Dining Room is a beautiful place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
