(Shocked that some of the reviews said the decor was dated and 70ish, it is real Hawaiian decor not some cold and modern hotel rooms, if you want that kind of room stay in South Beach, Miami or dare I say some of the huge resorts on the island where you can't even get a chair to sit by the pool and with double or triple the price of this hotel) We paid a bit extra for the partial ocean view which was nice and the grounds with the lovely trees and flowers are the prettiest of the Ka'anapali hotel/resorts.
