1. The shopping on site was convenient, we got stamps for our postcards, souvenirs and juice for the room.

4. The location was convenient - as everyone else said, right by Black Rock & Whaler's Village - but we were still glad we had the room and car package since we did drive to Maalaea Harbor to do the Turtle Town & Molokini Crater snorkeling trip (lots of fun) and Lahaina Harbor for whale watching.

7. With the boardwalk stretching from Black Rock all the way to the Hyatt, it makes walking for shopping and dining very convenient and enjoyable.

10. We did not use the pool or restaurants, but did take an enjoyable whale watching excursion through Trilogy which conveniently left from the beach of the hotel.
