1. There isn't a huge beach in front of the building, but there are nice tidal pools right there, and a small (maybe 100') beach at the south end of the buildings.

2. It was a beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath unit on the 4th floor (the top floor) with a HUGE balcony overlooking the ocean, lava rocks, and tidepools.
