1. Almost all oceanside units have no air conditioning, the balmy ocean breezes were quite fine for cooling in the evening.

8. Front Desk closes at 10pm, parking hard to come by, room needs renovating, bathroom filthy, AC noisy and does not cool room on a hot day, patio door could not be secured, only good thing about this place was the free internet access.

10. We were three persons so to stay cool we had to keep the sliding door open as a result no privacy in the main bedroom due to the heat when the door was closed.
