7. Really recommend the bay view - the apartment was very quiet with a balcony that we used daily to watch the cold water swimmers lapping the cove in front.

This is the only thing lacking from the hotel is a real bar with real entertainment - we went to the store directly across from the hotel and stocked up on water/beer/wine and snacks, and given you are so close to the bay area and lots of restaurants/bars etc, not having a bar IN the property wasn't a massive deal but worth noting if you fancy a quiet drink at the end of the day.
