The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and managed to make restaurant and theatre bookings for us at the times we wanted; the free first-come first-served limo service within a two mile radius of the hotel was also very useful, although its cut-off time of 10:30pm meant that on a couple of occasions we had to look for buses or taxis - not the easiest matter in certain parts of the city, but all part of the fun.
