1. Great kitchen and living room and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, with some nice touches like an ipad in the room and a courtesy bottle of wine and Ghirardelli chocolates waiting for us on arrival.

3. Every time we travel as a family I have the same dilemma--if we rent a home or apartment everyone has there own space & we have the convenience of a kitchen and laundry, but the flip side of that is that I don't really feel like I get a vacation--I'm still preparing meals, tidying up after people (even more so when we're not in our own home), and doing laundry.

4. The staff is helpful (picked us some great restaurants for our stay - as if they knew us and knew just what we would like); knowledgeable about San Francisco and so pleasant.

5. We like to visit Union Street for the great shops and the town car service will happily take you there for free.

8. Whilst I lost one day of our San Fran holiday the rest of our time was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes that little bit of extra luxury in a hotel.
