1. On the positive the valet staff, the bar staff and the housekeepers were quite friendly.

3. BOTTOM LINE: The only positives to this hotel (other than the Benihana) are the location (5 min walk to downtown disney), the free disney shuttle, and the extra magic hours, all of which can be found elsewhere.

7. Overall, I was happy with my stay but wanted to point out a few positives and a few areas of potential improvement:positives:1) HHonors Gold member - not only was I upgraded to the concierge floor, but also to a junior suite on the 9th floor.

8. I'll comment on accessibility: sink in the bathroom is too high, bed is too high, too much furniture in room, cannot switch lights on and off from lying down position in bed.

9. Overall, we had a positive experience and I probably enjoyed it more due to the discounted rate we received (I'm not sure I'd we willing to pay full price for it).
