1. One caveat: if you care to enjoy the scenic view from the 400 foot balloon that rises above Downtown Disney, we would encourage you to seize this opportunity as soon as possible.

2. In our experience, the kids don't care which pool they use, the kids' parents don't care what their kids are doing and the hotel doesn't police this.

3. She even sold us the wrong tickets, she simply did not listen to what we asked for and did not care to help us in any way.

4. First, the rooms: Our room was on the 8th floor, with an awful view of the major highways at the back of the hotel, but who cares? The room itself was lovely, very very clean and the bed among the most comfortable we have enjoyed in a hotel.

5. What we particularly liked was that they accommodated and cared enough to cater for our request for my wifes birthdaysand also took enough trouble to email us back prior to going, this really made our vacation.

7. From the architecture it appears the hotel is older, and its decor seems to be possibly in transition, but nothing ever looked anything less than neat and well cared for.

9. In addition, the staff was rude and did not address our problems right away, the hotel was dirty and did not seem to care about their guests.

10. Our secretary took care of the issue and we have been told that it would be credited back to our account, but it was just more of a hassle than I would have expected.
