3. The staff once again upgraded me as a Diamond member into a parlor suite which was a fantastic room.

4. The buses are fantastic always on time if not slightly early every 30 mins first pick up and first drop off only picks up from two other hotels as well and they are next door to each other you are at the parks within 30 mins and save on the parking fees.

9. Wonderful :) When we got to our room there was no need for an upgrade because the room we had actually booked (kingsize) was very spacious and had a fantastic view of downtown disney.
