2. i have got to say it is the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in the rooms are very big and cleaned everyday with new towels and the lifts and lobby are also imaculate.

4. It appears the hotel have started to update the rooms as we had brand new clean, comfy beds, curtains and furniture etc.

5. The rooms could do with a little updating - new carpet, more contemporary bedding etc, but we don't go on holiday to stay in our hotel room.

6. It was not to the usual high standard of the RIU chain, this one suspects is because the hotel looks more like something the RIU chain have purchased and refurbished as opposed to a new build.

8. We were there in June and there are two brand new German lifts both working perfectly so do not let that put you off.

9. don`t know where they get that from i`d rate as 3* at best for america u`d expect luxury with 4 *s not here want to know whyit`s not an american hotel chain i`ts spanish hence the high proportion of spanish/hispanic staff and customers the main features that are good include garden and pool areas, waiting staff in the dining room, particlarly sureyda, who was wonderful for the whole time we were there and general cleanliness in the hotel the lifts continue to be a problem one which is ancient but working and the other which will be new when it`s done remember the spanish ownership here.
