1. The breakfast buffet was rather impressive (as far as buffets go) and clearly catered to both American and European tastes.

5. The pool area was also impressive - clean and plenty of sun loungers with shady areas and umbrellas too.

6. First of all, the area that the hotel is situated in is not great - there are a lot of abandoned buildings across the street and although this is not the hotel's fault, it does affect the general impression of the place, and the view.

8. On the last morning at breakfast black bits were found at the bottom of two glasses of apple juice obtained from the machines for my children - I wasn't impressed.

9. Damp carpets - lobby gives off the wrong impression that the hotel is lavish - Seen cleaner zoos - So called four star hotel - WHAT A JOKE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYBOOKED THROUGH VIRGIN - THEYVE HAD THE COMPLAINT ALREADY - RUINED OUR TWO WEEK HOLIDAY.
