3. and to be quite honest i didnt come to miami to sit and look out of the window so having a building site next to us, really wasnt an issue when the hotel is situated right on the beautiful white beach.

8. Clean hotel, nice balcony, beautiful pool and poolside bar, right beside beach, didn't like $16 a day valet only parking and $100 security deposit, but for the price, you can't beat this hotel on Miami Beach if you want a place with a pool.
